At VIPShuttleCancun.com, we are committed to delivering top-tier service to our clients. However, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to our customers while allowing us to manage our scheduling efficiently. Please review the following guidelines:
Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations received less than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request, provided it complies with our policy timeframe.

Please note that exchange rate differences or bank transaction fees related to your refund are the responsibility of the client. VIPShuttleCancun.com is not liable for any financial loss resulting from these variables.
No Shows

Failure to appear at the agreed location and time without prior cancellation notice will be classified as a “No Show”, and no refund will be granted.
Reservation Changes

If you need to modify your reservation, please notify us as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the nature of the request (e.g. service extension, route changes).
